Born and raised in London, Suman Bajaj always knew she wanted to make women feel and look their best. Therefore, she entered the world of retail fashion and beauty, gradually mastering the art of understanding what women want.
After working with numerous top European and Indian brands in 2007, Suman Bajaj left her life in London to pursue her dream in India. She had always aspired to establish and run her own fashion house, specializing in her favorite garment, the saree. Suman Bajaj embarked on a mission to create a list of what women desired in an ensemble.
Comfort, easy, flattering, Slimming, timeless, free size. With this list, in 2008, Suman Bajaj set out to design and launch her easy drape saree that ticked all the boxes.
With over three decades of experience in retail, Suman Bajaj became a trendsetter in the world of draped sarees, exploring various styles and variations.
Her deep understanding of the female form coupled with her affinity for European minimalist design, contributed to the success of Suman Bajaj Sarees’ Signature collection, which became a coveted addition to the wardrobe of every discerning woman.
