At Suman Bajaj Sarees, we aim to deliver high-quality products that we hope you love. But, just in case of damage, we can help with an exchange only and NO REFUNDS.

1. We are unable to accept returns on any products unless it is a damaged product.
2. In the unlikely event that your merchandise arrives damaged, you should email us a photo of the damaged product on info@sumanbajaj.com within 24 hours of receiving your order.
3. We may accept returns on our discretion for credit only. Credit must be redeemed within three months of purchase. The original shipping charges and duties will not be refunded.
4. Please send the product(s) back to our below mentioned address through courier. S-80 second floor, Okhla Phase II, Okhla Industrial Estate, New Delhi 110020
