We have strict curation criteria, stringent quality control checks, and work with leading delivery partners like DHL and Blue Dart for a seamless shopping experience. If for some reason you are unsatisfied with your order, your purchase is eligible for return only if it meets the following conditions:

• An incorrect product has been delivered to you i.e. the product delivered is different from the item in the order confirmation email.
• If the product you received has a genuine quality or manufacturing defect.

In such instances, please write to us at care@sumanbajaj.com or contact us on +919711110737 within 24 hours of receiving the product. Products will be considered for exchange or return only if unworn and in perfect condition, with all tags still attached. Products that are damaged, soiled or returned without their original packaging and labels will not be accepted eligible for return, exchange or cancellation. We DO NOT accept any returns or exchanges on discounted products.

Suman Bajaj Sarees will send you a confirmatory e-mail upon receiving the products. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all items reach us in new condition as described above. Upon undertaking a quality test and thorough inspection, we will inform you about its decision on whether the return was accepted or rejected within five working days of receiving the product. If Suman Bajaj Sarees accepts the return request, the value of the product will be credited to the original account / mode of payment in seven to ten working days of receiving the product. However, if we reject the return/exchange we will ship the product back to you.
